Sales / Lead Generation Representative

nGUVU - Montréal, QC

Position Summary

nGUVU is looking for a talented and competitive Sales / Lead Generation Representative that thrives in a dynamic software startup environment.

Once hired, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable and experienced with outbound lead generation and sales techniques, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline - qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound lead generation techniques, e.g., cold calling, e-mail, social networks, etc.
  • Book phone-based or online appointments/meetings
  • Research accounts, target key players, and generate interest
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Communicate our value proposition and competitive differentiators
  • Perform effective online presentations and demos
  • Engage appropriate team members as necessary for further development of qualified opportunities
  • Work with our channel partners build pipeline and close deals

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates have 1-2 years inside sales experience at a software company
  • Track record of over-achieving sales goals
  • Strong phone presence and experience with outbound lead generation and sales techniques
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and online presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM tools for contact, lead, and pipeline management
  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • University degree
